Andover Organ - Opus 99
Westminster Presbyterian Church

Featured on the cover of the October 1993 issue of the
American Organist Magazine

The Case

A Celtic cross was designed as an integral part of the case and to unify the worship area. The case is built of solid red oak with white oak being used for the carved shades for slight contrast. The case pipes are of 80% polished tin. The case wood is stained to match the other woodwork in the church.

An interesting feature of the gothic case design is the upside down façade pipes which serve a mirror image of their upright counterparts.

The large pipe towers on either side of the case house the pedal pipes. The organ has a keyboard for the feet, and the pedal division is home to the organ’s largest pipes.
